There are ten different pieces
in the CHARLES DICKENS
COLLECTION; they are
Mr. Pickwick, Mr. Micawber,
Sarah Gamp, Betsy Trotwood,
Bill Sikes, Tony Weller,
Mr. Bumble, and, of course,
Scrooge.


This is a SMOKE FREE HOME.
I have taken pictures of these pieces from several angles
so that you can get a good look at each one.
If you have any quesions, feel free to ask. I describe each piece with an emphasis on any weaknesses.
Please don't let my desire to be totally honest make you feel that there may be other flaws
that I am not mentioning. There are not.
I am just wanting to make disclosure of all of the piece's flaws so there will be no surprises
when you get the piece.

Betsy Trotwood


Version 1 : Produced 1964 to 1970. Version 2 : Produced 1981 to 1969, this model has a pink blouse.
Both versions sculpted by Fred Wright. Height 5.5 inches. Forms part of the 'Charles Dickens Series Composites'.

There is a small scratch above the hanger on the back.
There are no signs of touch-up or repairs. SHE IS THE PINK BLOUSE VERSION.

The only flaw I found was a small scratch above the hanger on the back. THIS IS A SIGNED PIECE.She has all the expected Bossons Markings.

This piece displays very well. Solid back - staple hanger.
THIS IS THE BLUE BLOUSE VERSION. No signs of touch-ups or repairs.
However, there is a very small flake off of the silver on the silver back at the very bottom of the piece.
This cannot be seen when displayed.
She has all the expected Bossons Markings.

This piece displays well.
She is not as pale as most Betsy Trotwoods. Solid back - recessed hanger.

There are some of scratches around the hanger on the back.
His complexion is a little darker. There is a date (1981) written on the back with a marker.
It appears on close examination that his nose has been touched-up.
